Careers in sustainability are not limited to those that have studied the sciences. Students from many other departments have the opportunity to pursue environmental careers (environmental law, environmental engineering, and other such positions do not require a degree in the sciences). If you’re looking for a way to make your future a little greener, consider these options.
- The Career Center offers many resources within their office that can help job applicants, including resources on careers in the environment and sustainability. Students have access to texts (like those pictured at the right) and career center databases that can give students up-to-date information on how to pursue (and get!) a green career.
