Time Management Tip: Breaking it Down—From Big to Better

Believe it or not, tackling tough tasks doesn’t require big brains or logistical genius. The trick is to take large, time-consuming projects and break them down into smaller tasks.

Instead of wasting time worrying about how huge your homework assignment is, you’ll be spending time figuring out how to improve on the smaller steps you are taking. Work on them a few minutes at a time until you get them all finished. This translates into more free time to do as you please—whether it be playing soccer—or reading Socrates!
