Woah! I'm really digging the template/theme of this site. It's simple,
yet effective. A lot of times it's challenging to get that "perfect balance" between superb usability and visual appeal. I must say you have done a superb job with this. Also, the blog loads super fast for me on Firefox. Excellent Blog!

Being mindful what is in your diet prior to an exam is very important. Many college students will spend all night studying, living off of junk food, take out, and caffeinated beverages. Healthier foods such as fruits and whole grains provide a much better (and sustainable) source of energy which helps a student avoid a "sugar crash" and stay better focused on the exam.

Plan everything! If you have a visual outline of everything you need to accomplish, you can better gauge your time. Of course you should allot times for breaks where you can check your email or Facebook, but keep breaks limited to 5-10 minutes then return to your to do list.

Simple but a very helpful tip.
This could definitely help employees especially those who are working from home boost their productivity and focus on managing their time the right way.
And if I could just add an information from a detailed Infographic I just bumped into.

In this day and age it is so easy to get distracted with digital devices. Even if you are working on a paper and need to do research online, your 15 minute search for information can turn into an hour of aimlessly surfing social media sites. Set up a special place just for studying that is free from as many distractions as possible, to help you keep focused.
